Sals has amazing wings , last time i ate from there ,he had hot or plain and the hot could smelt aluminium .

Looks great   Nice smoke ring. Almost smoked a pork tenderloin today in fact. Mama has a blueberry glaze in mind for it. 

Blueberries, butter, white wine and sugar.

Melt generous amount of butter in pan. Add blueberries, sugar and sauté until they soften and pop. Then add white wine and cook until it reduces into a thick glaze. Yum!

Reminds me of a long ago time we went picking cherries and I ate so many I was sick until the next day. It was many years before I ate another one.

Ribs smoked over applewood with sweet baby rays , burgers, dogs, chicken and tons of other stuff. Yard party for 2 of my kids.  One moving onto HS and other going into middle school. Pool, family and food, oh and lots of beer. Doesnt get any better.
