We went at Christmas/New Years and as much as I hate that place I have to say the lights are staggering

I have a picture of my daughter when she was I think 3yrs old in a ballgown standing in front of the a decked out Christmas tree and the main beauty and the beast ballroom. It's annoying with crowds and prices of things. Some stuff is hard to criticize.

Sweet.  We’ve always wanted to see it decorated for Christmas but always go when it’s Halloween themed.  I gain so much weight while there. Walking 12-14 miles in 90 degrees but ..... buffets and extra desserts seem to get me. Try for reservations for ohana   Love the food there

Tonight I am going to roast , or bbq a Vancouver Bull fillet . I just seasoned it with salt, pepper, and garlic(olive) oil.

Tonight's protein came from the store, rather than the woods or ocean. Arroz con pollo, with sauted zucchini.

Vancouver Bull steak & potatoes.

The Bull was from the tropical rainforests on Mauna Loa , Hawaii

Picked up daughter from school. New location opened nearby so I said let’s give it a whirl. On grand opening day we parked , walked in , only few people ahead of us , sat down and food delivered to table under a minute. Was remarkable

Sauce made of tomatoes, spices , jalapeños, peppers, onions , pulled chicken , sour cream , picante, cojita cheese tacos

Kitchen remodel still not full swing. And welcome to gun season honey. I’m making dinner tonight.

NY strip steak pasta pesto sause!

No wife at home and 2 kids that couldn’t decide on what to eat until I mentioned shrimp. I whipped up a simple shrimp and pasta dish with mushrooms, broccoli and onions.

This will also serve as dinner for myself for tomorrow night.

Spicy Nashville chicken sammiches

Taught my son to make sausage last night. Used a 50 50 venison to pork mix. Made a sweet Italian and a spicy pepper and cheese.
