Beaver the other dark meat simply amazing super tender and will be tomorrows stew

Is it really a beaver or did I miss something? Is it muddy or fishy tasting?

He made it the venison nugget way. Bite sized pieces , little dry rub , dab of jalapeño cream cheese , 1/3 piece of bacon and cast iron hot n fast , finishing in oven

It’s like extremely good beef but less grainy do your self a favor get some and try it you will start trapping them probably best meat I have ever had
