So nice out today... made me think of summer.  

Went with venison kabobs with zucchini, peppers, onion and topped with baby

@crappyice sent me home with his own pizza dough, garlic paste, etc.  so, I DEEP fried some breaded eggplant, and made some white eggplant parm pies!, delicious, thank you sir.

Not sure whatcha call it but it was good.  Hash browns, jalepeno sausage, eggs and a little country gravy.  Def not health food but was a leftovers concoction that worked.

Wild boar meatballs and ramp pesto pasta.

I was really impressed with the pesto on the pasta. I think this is hands down the best thing from the ramps. The chowder was pretty good though too.

Wife became tired of making Banana Bread so tonight she made Banana Pudding for a change !

Tried my hand at my first wild turkey breast last night. Had it marinating in Italian dressing since Saturday. Stuffed it with jalapenos and cream cheese. Wrapped it bacon. It was fantastic!

Sounds great! A little OJ and crushed red pepper is what I use with Italian dressing too.  I want to make tetrazzini next time as that was excellent as well

Cinco de Mayo AND Taco Tuesday!!?? I can hardly control myself! lol 

marinated chicken in taco seasoning, and cow rub, then tossed in crockpot on low at 5:39 this morning.  Making enchiladas tonight.
