First Shot Daily Pics

Had a few minutes last night to fling a few arrows... this was 20 yards.  My grouping is much improved over last year!

So after the topic rob started about bh and fp.  Started shooting realized mine flew way right about 6".  So took some of the tips on here and brought that down alot.  Knocking point i realized was not close to level as someone mentioned  it should be,added a screw to my whicker biscuit that when i got looking and realized was also tilted down.  And ended up sliding it over 1 mark.  i need to invest in a bow vice and some levels to help insure i put eveytbing on level.  But heres a picture at 30 yrds after adjustments and shooting.  They are low but together.

Shot 10 arrows after work last night... one pic is first shot (happy with that, would have been a dead deer) and the other is the rest of the first group.  Not where I want to be yet but getting better!

Yesterdays first shot at 45,i pulled it six inches to the right when i aimed for the right spot.

Todays at 23,hit the target,phew.

Left ,right miss typically indicates a breakdown in form . Keep shooting and you'll tighten those groups up in no time.

I love all of the above.

Kids are my excuse. Wife has her night out playing Volleyball on Tuesdays so it’s the kids and I at home. There might be a week coming up that I’ll be able to attend.

Definitely contra ,it worked on some other games too that the makers of contra made. Mike Tyson punch out used numeric codes .

Grandson and I went over to the sportsmans club to shoot this evening. We had a blast!  My first group at 30. Not so great but I did better as I went along.My grandsons first group was much better than mine!He beat me on points again!

And I ruined an arrow.

For sure Larry.

He's 6'5 and about 225. In the gym every day and almost ready for football to start. I thing he needs a higher poundage bow....lol

Really be cool if he can get that first deer this year! He came close last year.
