Good luck everyone! I wasn't going to hunt but I think I changed my mind and my best shot at the drop tine buck is early I think. I'll be out for a couple hours.

Too cold for hunting.  Going to get some ATV time doing donuts around Nomads stand.  Since deer are accustomed to these sounds, shouldn't bother Larrys hunt a bit.

got my plan -a new spot of dirt in the am.  Been lots of does on that trail cam.   Trying to drop an early freezer queen so I'm not tempted to shoot that 4/5 point and can wait for a big un! Got one I am eyeing on another piece of land that will spend some time on.   I always hope to get an early doe for meat and then rest of season go after a good one, then once gun is on I just look to fill one more tag.  Good luck everyone!

Can't wait having a hard time on what to wear morning is going to be in the 30's may go with my warm Sitka gear this early in the year. Crazy it was just mid 80's couple days ago

Ill have layers on planning an all day sit. Deer come in around day break and 11-2, then dusk.

I think I'm going to do an afternoon hunt on some fresh cut corn fields. Get out there about 2pm and sit till dark. Hopefully will be a good sit. My cellular cam is heating up. Action in the am and pm. Going to hold off on the best spots for now.

I’m going dark to dark. Will check cams midday around noon. Looks like low of 43, high of 66. Sunrise at 650am, sunset 638pm.

Im going to my camp with my son, I have always offered the opportunity to hunt but never pushed it on him at the age of 24 in the last couple years he has really devolped a thirst for the hunt and its really nice to be able to spend the time with him and make the memories at this point in my life..

Looking forward to a long morning sit Sunday at my lease in Newfield and then Monday somewhere near home another am sit.

60 is a bit warm for me, I'll do it but I don't have to like it.
