Anyone see one yet? Usually I’ve seen one or two in a field by now. A fresh blanket of snow wouldn’t stop me if I were a Tom!

  I have 15-17 birds coming in the yard & had 2 strutting for the last 2 weeks.

Before the snow, I seen a few strutting. Haven't seen a feather since.

Big flock crossed my yard the other day and this morning on our way to my one sons kindergarten orientation we saw the same flock in my neighbors yard. 3 toms were strutting. Can’t wait until May!

They are right on time, as usual. With some luck, the late winter will have them gobbling later into the spring (fingers crossed).

I saw a few...6 or 8 at lunchtime near Rothlands GC.....  Not sure of the road name, clarence center or Barnum...

Barnum I believe.  Right near Billy Bobs ice cream

My father snapped a pic of this Jake today, Saratoga county.

I saw some before the last three weeks of snow but I haven’t been by where they winter either.

Saw a strutting bird on Gunnville Rd yesterday, at a bird feeder of course.

A couple of jakes this morning on the neighbors driveway.

  Had 2 nice toms & 2 jakes all strutting & chasing hens along with a few gobbles this Am. in the back yard.  The one tom struts then he will get down like he is humping a hen but there is no hen under him does it about 2 mins. then goes right back into his strutting again.  Have 17-22 birds when they are here.

I am in Montgomery county, still have not seen any strutting, as far as I have seen all the males are still together, no hens grouped in yet

Saw a nice tom out showing off this morn in Oneida county.  Was sure nice to see.

Seen a few toms strutting a few days ago in a flock of like 20 birds. In Clinton County NY. 1 month to go then it's game on.

just saw 3 toms struttin and showing off for about 8 or 9 hens on madison Co / Oneida co border.  - was good to see!

one of my staff counted 38 turkeys in the fields yesterday in southern Madison county - they are moving about and struttin!!!   May 1 cant be soon enough.

On my way to Roscoe on Tuesday I saw 2 strutting on top of a small hill off 84. It was pretty cool to see.

Just starting to break up here in Saratoga county. Should be a good week with temps warming a bit too, time to start scouting for youth season.

While working on my chicken coop over at my neighbors, the huge group of gobblers hanging out in his cattle pastures would gobble everytime I hammered a nail today and yesterday Haha. It was pretty funny to listen to. They were about 100-150 yards away from us all day long gobbling their heads off. Cows moo, gobble. Hammer a nail, gobble. Drop a board and make a loud thud, gobble. They sure are fired up in this cold weather
