Well only other context is I've seen deer everyday and a fox that lives 50 yards away. Besides that I haven't seen any other animals except my dog. Raccoon would suprise me because of the layout of the neighborhood. I'm just wondering if it's an animal that will affect my gardening attempt.

My best serious guess is that it's from a Buck. I posted a similar picture a year or two ago and that was the conclusion then.
