I gave up on border.  Too many limb delaminations.  My recurves are both blackwidows.

Just found my PA doe I shot at 620, what a fricken track. High double lung 300 yards 2 hour track.

Yes 10ft elevated blind 25 yards. Caught top first lung, punched 2nd. Hit bottom spine with a rage. Amazing she went that far.

Can never underestimate these animals will to survive, everyone at camp is dumbfounded she made it to where she did. Luckily had a guy who’s an outstanding blood tracker get us To within 20 yards. She only had maybe 1 cup of blood in the chest cavity gutting, which is by far the least I’ve ever seen.

Coffee on as Rain just finishing up. 40 and crisp with. 7 mph N wind predicted. Always seems colder when early season.
