Cabin Fever
Saw a big doe pacing up and down the neighbors field ~100 yards away. Wasn’t sure what was up. Then, 2 fawns came out of the thicket to meet her. They wandered off together. Assuming they might have been separated last night during some chasing.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

DirtTime
Haven't sat this blind since early October. Figured the wind is good at S/E, and I'm not filling any tags sitting on the couch. So far notta.
turkeyfeathers
Pigged in a spike to 30 dead downwind of me. Never booted. Slowly wandered off. 2

Those gut shots just are so tough. If you push em they keep going and if leave em the yotes get on them easy. Glad you found it but sorry to hear the yotes did too. Fletch
Be interesting to know where the shot was. If through and through guts you gotta wait. If it got chest and went in or out gut maybe you go sooner…they left you all the good meat lolSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Cant wait to check trail cams and see..... My employer should be VERY happy that my bow was not in the back of my truck this morning otherwise I would have made a right to go to my land instead of the left to go to work. I think I deserve a raise for todays act of selflessness.
PraiseDiana
If the yotes eat only part of the animal like this, is it safe to eat the untouched parts? Or is the whole thing a loss?

Sometimes things happen fast and it's not till you get to the ground and find the animal that you find things like that and I know some couldn't care less about half racks and others do. BowmanMike
I agree with belo,no reason to not take all the untouched meat. Partial loss still sucks, but if you pushed him you would probably have never found him.
