Lots of work to do still and not a ton of time to do it! The flag pole red put in is fantastic and is a real statement piece!! I think before you mow you need to drink a few more IPA's . Your mow lines look a little too straight. LOL

Swamp_bucks
One of my big projects for the year done. Fixed my driveway today. 12 yards of crusher run. The guy I had drop the stone tailgate spread it for me then me and 2 friends leveled it and used a small motor tamp to pack it in. 10x better then previous will do another 7-10 yards to top it off in the fall once it all settles. Those big stones came out of the middle of the driveway.

But I'm gonna need four 22 ton loads.

Moho81
Yuck, I had to cut the grass over the weekend. First time I had to do that all year. I’ll probably have to do it one or 2 more times as well. My wife decided to sprain her wrist pretty dang good so she can’t use it much. They want to throw out everything including gas boilers and furnaces , hot water heaters , stoves etc etc etc And with all this , I'm off to mow my lawn and rental properties with my gas powered John Deere ride on lawn mower while I still can use it before the environazis fruitcakes show up to confiscate it ! mowin
Lucky we only have 4 yrs left before we leave this shit hole state. Hopefully my mowers will last till we leave. I'll hire a lawn guy in Tennessee so I can be a PITA to them like some of my clients have been over the yrs, lol 1

Five Seasons
2 weeks ago a weld on my 10+ year old husqvarna deck broke. it would still mow, but uneven. Push mowed this weekend and my wife's uncle was able to fix the weld. But the mower is on its last legs so I thought I could find an end of the year sale. lol me Not only can you not find a deal, you literally cannot find a mower. Just go to lowes or home depot's website. It's like a $7k mower or some electric garbage. Did end up finding a 46" cub, but damn Joe.

ANTLERS
My lawn would look nice if I didn’t have so much traffic on it. There’s piles of milk duds all over. Edited October 18, 2021 by ANTLERS

Precisely why I made my last cut on the 14th. The ground here is just saturated so bad it will never get a chance to dry out. Every turn with the zero turn leaves skid marks. With temperatures like they are, all the rain we have had, and heavy dew every night it is not possible it will dry. Add in the fact more leaves are falling every day I just decided not to fight it any more. Unless we get a couple of weeks of "dry" weather I won't be mowing again even it it grows up to the windows. sbuff
In the 11 years we've been in this house its never been this wet . No shot it will dry up. I'll attempt to mulch up some leaves but mowing entire yard can wait to spring . This is the first year that my lawn didnt burn to a crisp. Nothing like walking on a nice burnt lawn with a cold beer in hand. I'll have to wash the ferris before I put away for storage , killing me its that muddy . Paula
I found this, wasn't looking but a great price. It's over kill for my yard but I still have fun. I was hoping to cut one more time but I don't think so. Edited October 19, 2021 by Paula
