Cory
I’ve had the mildest of a cold the last couple days . I don’t feel sluggish or any lack of energy at all. Wife made me take the home test today. I didn’t believe it so I went and got a rapid test and I have it again. I am vaccinated . Does anyone know how long I have to isolate/quarantine or whatever we call it now ? 5 or 10 days?
Meatball
I heard your only contagious for about 5 days. Then the ability to spread is greatly reduced. So I thought the quarantine was reduced to 5 days. That sucks to get it twice. Hope your feeling better soon .

G-Man
So you test positive for the same virus that causes the common cold home tests do not differentiate the strain.. covid19 varient 13 for example.. corona viruses are very common to begin with.. G-Man
The US army announced they will so have a vaccine that will stop all strains of covid.. so in essence they have announced the cure for the common cold....

I was told you can test positive for upto 6months after getting it. I'm at work I'll ask one of the nurses to verify.

Hock3y24
you don't have to quarantine at all. IDK why people are so test happy. Just live your life, stay home if you don't feel good.
