Yeah, but the permanent record though. I'm still fearful about the stain on my permanent record from that spitball/booger incident when I was 10...5 points

For some reason, even though I catch a lot of nice fish during warm weather, I love catching crappies and perch through the ice. Probably just because I have fewer options of things to do in the winter. This weekend was great with the warm weather. I had a couple little girls catching pickeral on tip ups along with a couple nice bass. They were so funny hanging out in the shanty, drinking hot cocoa, eating sandwiches. Then, a flag would go up and the yelling and fast walking trying to get to the hole. Then, making me take pictures to send to their moms, and facetiming with their moms and dads. Takes the years away when the youngsters are enjoying themselves.5 points

We are opening up our Oklahoma property to deer hunting for the 2020 hunting season. The property consists of 800 acres Oak hardwoods with 80 acres of foodplots located in the middle of the property. The deer density on the property is very is high, so a hunter should see alot of deer every sit. We have owned the property for 4 years and only harvested 1 buck in that time frame. We will have foodplots planted in corn, soybeans, and wheat. All of these foodplots will remain standing for the wildlife, will not be harvested. Hunters will be hunting out of ladderstands and ground blinds. Also included will be a 6 bedroom fully furnished cabin that can sleep up to 9 guests, everyone will have a queen sized bed. You will be more than welcome to bring along non hunting guests at no additional charge. Great opportunity for father/son-daughter hunt. Cabin is on the hunting property, so a person can load up on the ATV/UTV and go hunting. We would like to see no more than 3-4 hunters total per week and only plan on taking a few groups over the course of the season. Oklahoma hunting season for archery goes all the way till January 15. This offers a unique opportunity for someone who would like to hunt a late season buck and the property seems to hold higher numbers as the season goes on. We have the only crops for miles and it is not uncommon to see 50 plus deer a night come down into the fields. We will be encouraging all hunters to harvest a doe as well. Rifle season in Oklahoma runs right in the middle of the rut, so if a person is interested in Rifle hunting during the rut that is an option as well. Hunts will be semi guided, and if a person would like to bring their own stands that is ok as well! The northern border of the property is Kansas. Tags are over the counter for Oklahoma ($300). I have pictures of lodging/property/trail cams pics for anyone interested. This will be a fun archery hunt with plenty of deer activity on a virtually unhunted property. Also you will be allowed to harvest a wild pig if you come across one. We are asking $3500/person for 6 days of hunting and includes lodging and use of brand new Electric Polaris Ranger. Please contact me for more info on this hunt @ 3162501212. I'm only online 1 time a day so response time will be a little slower if you message me on here. Thanks!!2 points

Years ago I dropped 120 pounds in two years. One of the exercises I used was a stationary bike and I actually bought videos of trail walks to watch. I was ahead of my time. Lol But in the winter it was nice to do. Trails in Hawaii and rainforests or pine forests. They were about 45 min long and I would plan to workout for the entire time on the bike for the trail video then do other exercises after.2 points

Just my opinion, but the longer the bow, the more forgiving they are to form errors. 66" sounds like a good starting point. 25-30lbs is good if your wife is strong enough to easily draw it. You want a weight you and she can dominate. That will increase the more you shoot. Samick is fine (forgot what the longer version is) but also any ilf riser with inexpensive ilf limbs will work. They allow you to grow into heavy draw weights as you progress.2 points

So I actually spoke to someone over at JP yesterday he said buffet weight and a adjustable gas block is more important than the spring. He was saying the light weight carrier with a heavy buffer will give you a great mid weight system. He said before sighting in to fire the weapon with no hand guard and adjust the gas block till the bolt just locks back when empty Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk2 points

If you have any interest in country music history, you have to check out Cocaine and Rhinestones. It's done by Tyler Mahan Coe, David Allan Coe's son, and this guy puts the work into digging up some amazing stories. Not your normal "artist interview" podcast, it really dives deep into some obscure parts of country music history. I highly recommend it.2 points

How my son hasn't snapped that rod in half is beyond me. I taught him to set the hook and "skull drive" them.... He takes it to a whole new level. Just keeps setting the hook while reeling. Fish typically come flying out of the hole. Prob my fault. The kid caught a couple Sunny's when he was 3 then it was straight to king's on the big pond. Its a struggle to bring him down to ice fishing levels. But the cost of a ht ice blue will be worth it. Sent from my LM-V405 using Tapatalk2 points

I have hung 2 cameras in same spot( different models/makes) surprising what one or other misses.. a 180⁰ set from each other has been useful picking up mature deer that quickly learn to walk behind 1st camera as well.2 points

I went for the first time last month. They get a variety of stuff in, I picked up a nice little Case stockman and a Remington folder on the cheap. Gave the Remington to my buddy who went with me, and doubled my money on eBay with the Case My band is also playing at Vapor at the Saratoga Casino on Saturday, feel free to stop buy. I'll even bring you "band beer" from the green room1 point
