sampotter
BIL worked for Eastern Breeders a while back. Went on a few of his runs with him. That was a tough job!! What area of NY was this? I know more than a few AI technicians. I would almost be surprised if I didn't know or know of your BIL. Had a quaranteed job growing up on a family dairy farm. Paula's fear is rational. Had a cow get me once after laying with her tail right in the gutter slop. She stood up, swung it, and caught me right across both eyes. My dad found that far too amusing. Classic- a much better one is the story of the salesman that was standing behind a cow bothering to the farmer. Cow lifts her tail and as she started to poop she suddenly got a tickle in her throat and coughed. The resulting sh$$ rocket was something to behold and the look on the salesman's face as fresh steaming manure hit him in the chest right where his neck met his torso was priceless...

noahmstone
This sounds quite different than the other Jobs posted so far but I take care of the mentally and physically handicapped in a 24 hr. care facility. The pay and state benefits are alright for our area considering I travel 45 miles each way everyday I guess it is worth it. The actual job is very rewarding, it is more the politics involved that are stressful.
