Forgot to eat the last few days and or didn’t feel like making anything. So double quarter pounder with cheese tonight it is.

They look good.I have an extralarge muffin pan will have to try making them from scratch,will have to put some cheese in them.

Gyro is better.

 

If your in Monticello, Salt and Pepper kitchen is a hidden gem if you like Korean food.

Yeah lol, small world.  We live in Highland Lake, but she passes through Montighetto, and her, and her friend enjoy the greek salads.  She said she has eaten there, and had the chicken salad sandwhich with bacon  and said it was delicious! 

PS, I have never had a gyro, I am a burger freak, but I believe you, lol.  Someday I will try a gyro.

Put a 8 lb pork shoulder in the crock pot this morning did half with bbq sauce for pulled pork and coleslaw sandwiches and the other half is going for pork carnitas tacos and nachos with all the fixings.
