I made venison liver pate this morning. Not bad for a first attempt. I also have venison heart meat strips marinating in a tomato, basil and garlic marinade. Will grill them tomorrow.

Sousvide some wings , finished under broiler. Bionic poultry rub , thanks buddy. Half Franks sauce, half sauce daughter picked out opening day. Crazy tender with greate flavor

Not dinner tonight but two birds in a brine 30 pounds total. Backstraps, green bean casserole, broccoli bake, two stuffings, mac and cheese, scalloped potatoes, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, biscuits and of course homemade gravy will be done in about 15 hours.

Spanish beans and french onion soup, I forgot my old man is adding some food.
