I hardly ever measure anything except by sight. I did post a recipe on a chili thread here though that pretty much covers it. crappyice Posted April 6, 2018 Share Posted April 6, 2018 Last night out with Mrs CrappyPictures live up to my name!Grilled Octopus and greens:Duck breast; potatoes au gratin; spinach Carrot cake:Wife had a pear/arugula salad and a mushroom risotto.Meal was good but “good” bothers me when I’m out dropping $150 on a meal(wife had a glass of wine- I’m on the wagon). My wife and I could and have (minus the duck which I wasn’t impressed with to be honest) make each of those better.
