I pretty much free wheel it. I hardly ever measure anything except by sight. I did post a recipe on a chili thread here though that pretty much covers it. I've also taken a liking to using ground and cut up chunked both together, it adds better texture.

Wife had a pear/arugula salad and a mushroom risotto.

Meal was good but “good” bothers me when I’m out dropping $150 on a meal(wife had a glass of wine- I’m on the wagon). My wife and I could and have (minus the duck which I wasn’t impressed with to be honest) make each of those better.

Just not worth it to me
