Bob or House

Is this a house cat or a young bobcat, have heard a bobcat calling in the night but there has been a house cat wandering around also , looks a little chunky to be a house cat.

Tail is much too long for a bobcat, but even if it had a bobbed tail, the body shape, head and posture all say FAT HOUSE CAT...

 This is why there are reports of mountain lion sightings. People have no idea what these cats actually look like. Clearly a house cat, Bobcats do not have long tails like that to start.
