Wny is a mess right now!

My Ride home on the 90 was an absolute mess. Couldn't see squat and wipers kept freezing to the windshield.

Now the roads are like a parking lot. Cars flipped over and ditches everywhere. Also kids are stuck in buses and at schools till this all blows over.

Guess it's just a typical snowy day in Wny!!

People who left Cheektowaga area to Hamburg at 5 still not home. Only few inches in Lancaster. Roads slippery though.

work in hamburg  took me five a haft hours to go seven mile left work at  four oclock  got home at 9:30

It's 23 degrees right now . Thank goodness for Global Warming , Climate Change or what ever it's called now !

Tughill Plateau and the Northern ADK's are in for the the worst. All the weather channels were talking feet, not inches for those areas. Hope everyone takes it slow while driving and stays safe.

That's the thing about "lake effect", sunny and clear in one area, and a few miles down the road people are getting buried.

I left Hamburg at 3:30 and made it to NT at 4:15 . I couldnt believe how slow people were driving ,all single file down the center of the 90. I improvised and took what i thought was the hammer lane ,i think i had the rumble strip most of the ride.

This is what Transit Rd in West Seneca looked like at 3:15 PM... Was trying to get the West Herr in OP and had to turn around at Southwestern and Michael roads due to too many stuck cars.... luckily made it through with no trouble, just slow going.

I'm now very happy ours was just a couple of inches...Good Luck....7 degrees ,calling for a high of 17 and light winds...will get out to do some more work here in a couple of minutes..Coffee pots empty.......

Just a dusting here.saw pics when landlord stopped by from run to buffalo yesterday(milk truck driver).they can keep all that snow!!

80*F here now but... a front is due through tomorrow. Heavy rain and cold coming. Apparently somebody up there forgot to close the door! Our high for Sunday is only suppose to be in the upper 50's or low 60's. May get a frost too.
