No Trick or Treater's this year

Hunting candy for you ! Only 97 this year. Usually 130+.  Full sized extra candy bars for gun season for me. Bonus !

Pretty dead in my town as well.  But my youngest daughter and niece and nephew hit the jack pot got towards end of it and people just started dumping bowls of candy in.  Gives me snacks for hunting  i dont need but will eat anyways. Lol

Wife and i just went through kids candy. Wife takes what we dont want to work. We have about 10lbs left and shes taking about .5 a lb to work. Who wants all those dumb dumb suckers, and tootsie rolls?

We haven't had a trick or treater in three years. We'll have to drive the boy down the mountain when he's old enough.

Did your kids get a rock ? Daughter got another nicely painted rock from area you hit. Last few years now. Sorta cool

No, no rock this year. We got it last year, i think we started 1 street south of the "rock" street.

No kids came to my house either. My neighborhood as a higher average age, so there arent many kids around. I didn't have time to put out any decorations which usually means no one will show up, but i one pumpkin is put out they'll come lol.

Lucky folks you guys are. Went through a full 250pc bag and then hit 4 back up bags. 1 piece to each kid. Had well over 300 tonight. Put the fire pit in the driveway, put out two Adirondack chairs I built, grabbed a few beers, and enjoyed the evening.

I used to bust a guys nuts that I worked with ,every year he would turn his lights off and not hand out candy ,then he had a kid and started taking the kid trick or treating .

I think we had 100+. Our neighbor does a huge haunted house for Children’s Hospital every other year, those years we get several hundred as people come from all over

I saw a sign at a church for trunk or treat ,I guess the people decorate theirs cars and assemble in the parking lot to hand out candy. As far as I know it's something new .

Pembroke area ? I think my brother and his family did that last year.

No one stopped by our place so I'm taking the candy to work and letting the guys eat all they want !

Been at this house for 17 years not a treater yet. The first year I had candy ready. The next few just put a whole bag on the front porch. Figured if any kid had the drive to hike all the way up the drive could have it all lol. In a small town out side of town. My wife and older daughter did the trick or trunk down at the school for the little kids.

Those things suck, the tootsie rolls get like rocks when cold.

  Only kids we ever got were our 4 grandkids in 40 yrs. & we leave the lights on!
