luberhill
I filled a doe tag opening day and am thankful because nothing since . Haven’t seen a buck since crossbow opened . I plan to hunt tomorrow and Sunday to try for one more deer which I am donating to a family we are friends with. After the season ends I look forward to warm weather and life getting back to “normal” I hate snow and cold ,,, except for deer season.. Moho81
Honestly it's bitter sweet. Stinks its over but it's also a welcome break as I have been going at it since October 1st. It's one of the reasons why I don't do the late season. After this weekend it's time to shift focus back onto the family and celebrating Christmas.
Fletch
I actually look forward to the last few days of ML. I should have some snow and the woods have settled a little and not many folks out. The 10-12 days after the initial 2-3 days of gun are usually very poor for my group.

Kmartinson
I have been very fortunate in the meat department but I never want to stop hunting. The Tompkins County doe management zone never let's us down. Collectively 10 of us have filled the meat bank. We did resort to lots of drives and I feel like that blows the bucks out. Ill be leaving the lease now probably for the rest of season. Bone chaser for 2 tags, now that you guys have straitened me out with the facts Ill be hiking biggest ridges furthest from human pressure. May be ill be celebrating some bones with a couple white claws.
Robhuntandfish
I've got Tues - Thurs off for some muzzleloader. Local news here is on the fence about any snow storm. If we get too much I will have to go into work. But am planning on hunting those days otherwise for a shot at a buck. And will hunt hard before the storm as that has worked before for me a couple of times. Will be out Saturday though for my last day of regular gun season and looking forward to it!!!

Daveboone
Northern tier finished last week end, so I am done. I would love another week or two, even if it was primitive arms, just to be out in the colder potentially snowy conditions.
Steuben Jerry
Long week for me this week, doubt I’ll feel perky in the morning. Took Monday off of work though. Plan to put some seat time in from later Saturday through Monday ahead of this storm or non-storm front that’s rolling in. Neither my wife or I have pulled the trigger yet this rifle season and we let quite a few deer walk so far. Time to at least get a doe or two. So cool that the Bills are on late this Sunday. Time to hunt, get cleaned up, eat and watch the Bills pound the Steelers! Edited December 12, 2020 by Steuben Jerry
