Just bought this beast! Taking my muzzleloader on a Bison hunt this fall, and the guide says I need a back up rifle. So I had a perfect excuse to buy it. I'll put it to use after the hunt, too. Might make a nasty deer rifle. Pretty excited.10 points

We ended up with four including this 30”er (which we got as a direct result of@Treeguy intel). Four bass and three sheepies. My buddy hasn’t named his boat yet, I suggested The Shepherd Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro8 points

Wolc. You have strange tastes. I think your taste buds go on vacation once the walleyes go deep.... At any rate. Went out last night to fill the box, did that and tagged this nice 10#'r. Buffalo end. I'm sure the fish will taste awful, but somebody will eat em. Maybe paired with some BB balls.... Sent from my LM-V405 using Tapatalk8 points

Picked up a couple walleye trolling before fireworks at midway park on chautauqua. My brother lost 1 not bad for 20 minutes of trolling. The gar and my sons walleye were from the day before same area. Just finished swimming and popped those 2 fish quickly. Lots of perch, sunnys, white bass caught while we were there. Snorkeled around a rocky shore line and caught crawfish, i fed a smallie while snorkeling. Threw the crawfish to him and he got it. Also found some "mudpuppies" hellbenders while flippin rocks. Great week.7 points

Hit up Hemlock lake today for a few hours before the rain hit. Got 4 nice SMB and 1 LMB. Then got enough bluegills for a decent fish fry. Left my phone in the truck, so the only pic is of the bluegill fillets. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk6 points

Caught too many bass to count Friday and Saturday up at camp. No lunkers but a ton of fun to catch. My mom even got in on the action. Gotta love the Senko. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk5 points

Well, you'll have to trust me that the hog came out fantastic. Severe t-storms made things challenging, and I wasn't able to get any finished pics. Everyone loved the pork. Another successful cook.3 points

This park is just awesome, it’s down in Coal township p.a. and is on 7000 acres . It was our second time there and over our 3 days of riding we did 81 miles of trails in rocks , sand and mud holes. I came so close to swamping my wheeler the second day , we were on a trail called mud hole ally and I hit 3 holes and went into the forth and it was deeep. The atv started to float and stalled out, I got it started again and put it in reverse and paddled my way out.Glad it worked out as we were on the west side of the park and we were 40 mins out from the trail head . Wife and I had so much fun. You can ride dirt bikes ,atv’s , utv’s, jeeps and trucks. The one photo is a abandoned earth mover that broke down and the coal company left, I am 6-3 just to give a perspective.2 points

Congratulations, I was looking to purchase one of those Henry single shots in 45-70 for a couple of years but could never find one anywhere and ended up buying a 45-70 barrel for my Thompson Center Encore. I like the top lever design of the Henry single shot a lot and from what I have read they are nice shooters. I have looked them over in other calibers at gun shows and can see these are very well made rifles of very good quality. The 45-70 has been surely proven on Buffalo! Al2 points

Dirt track racing at Fonda Speedway on Saturday night. They have a kids club to sign up when you go in for free prizes. Probably want ear protection for the youngsters, but it usually is pretty exciting for kids and family. When the nascar trucks are off, Stewart Friesen runs a modified there.2 points

It's a very nice gun, if your going to add a scope go direct from.henry for.scope.base and hammer extension, quick delivery , and unless someone started.making bases they are only.one to fit properly ( picany rail style) the gun is unique and hammer extension is ambidextrous and is fitted to that specific hammer.. in time in sure other manufacturers will make proper accessories for.it but for now its really.only Henry2 points

I like the simplicity of single shot guns. Not sure why, I just always have. I wanted a rolling block, but they are stupid money.2 points

Had a thunderstorm come through, tree went down up the road, took the lines down, so we have been without power since 3ish...we already had plans to go to a local restaurant bar on the lake a half mile away with my dad, and his girlfriend. Well they were out of power too, and the whole reason we all were going was because they were having a band my dad used to always go see more local to him. Well the band could not play due to no electric apparently, and then they announced that they were closing at 6 due to power being out. So, we had a couple beers together, then my dad, and his girlfriend went home, and Jenn drove us to a sports bar about 20 mins away where here, and I had a burger/fries. We were STARVING, I purposely hadn’t eaten all day since I never ate at the original restaurant before, and wanted to try it. Well after we ate at the second place, we went to our favorite pizzeria which is about 2 mins from where we ate, and grabbed a few slices for tomorrow’s lunch....then she wanted ice cream, so we grabbed a couple box push cones from the gas station. I am stuffed. Funny how our day/night turned out, feels like I am on vacation.2 points
