Last August a little less than a year ago I put out this older Bushnell camera. It takes beautiful pictures and with just 8 energizer max still had quite a bit of battery left. Over 1200 pictures, only 2 humans (in March in the snow and one of the 2 with a bow which was super odd). 2 bucks and a doe(s). But here are some highlights I thought you all would enjoy. hard to see both, but 2 cubs here with momma

Just picked up 20 lbs of sausage, half garlic half hot from this little pork shop on Lexington in downtown smallbany. They did a nice job! Dropped off 15 lbs of venison on Tuesday, at least 20 lbs end product done by Friday. I've already had the hot courtesy of a buddy a month ago, it was awesome. Looking forward to getting some of this garlic on the grill. 60 bucks seems like a decent deal? It was the last of my non-ground up venison from last year.

Frickin awesome. I think I overcooked them a tad, say maybe 8 minutes a side on the grill next time?

If the weather is cool I will shoot a doe that week. Last year was way too hot. I told a friends kid that if he killed a doe Id butcher it for him, he calls me at 8pm on a Friday night to go track and then butcher. IIRC it was 88 degrees lol. I learned a valuable lesson, never help anyone.

First time I havent picked. Zukes and yellow squash will get pulled this weekend . They are done . Tomatoes are ripening quick. Might start a batch of sauce this weekend . Have some peppers turning red . Tons of green peppers. Thinking stuffed peppers for supper this weekend. Yesterday I was picking and a young couple and there children were riding bikes . When they came back down the hill I stood out near the road and stopped them . Told them they needed to charge a tax for riding my road . Handed them a big bag of squash and cucumbers. Wife was so confused .. husband just laughed he got it . Thanked me . Then they told me to expect some pumpkins soon as they had planted for the kids and had way more than expected .
