So it was a little Buffalo wingy, but the garlic, et al still came through. It would have gone well with with a white melting queso or jack cheese, but I didn't have any handy. Bionic Posted January 6, 2018 Share Posted January 6, 2018 (edited) Homemade chicken enchilada filling, for chicken enchilada bowls.... Never made the bowl idea, but have made enchiladas. I always used can red enchilada sauce, but made the sauce from scratch for the first time today. The can enchilada sauce is always different than an authentic red enchilada sauce from a Mexican restaurant. Excited for this meal, needed something different lately, then the typical meals we tend to pattern in to our dinner routine.
