I’ve lost count of the amount of deer. At least 15-20. 7 small bucks in the field right now. A big spike is chasing the does around like its mid November.

I bailed last night cause of those. Where I hunt is a swamp and no way I was sitting still

Been covered in deer for a while. Had a spike and that 8 from the other day come in and feed within range. Got the blood pumping.

Not a one of them over 6 points. 4 of them are spikes lol. I was just texting my buddy saying I’ve got a uptick in dinkers here this year. All combined wouldn’t make 80 inches of bone I bet.

I had a chipmunk at 1 yard... I let him pass. Haven’t seen anything else yet. Maybe I should have taken him.

Best night of the season...saw 8 bucks and 4 does. Two decent bucks but the only two to come within range were a 4 and 5pt

I had deer in front of me for the rest of the evening. Just neither of the bucks I’m after. I had 2 bucks that just would not leave, so I had Haley drive through ATV back to me. Neither buck left until she was just about right at the tower. 
 

hopefully one of the better bucks that have been hanging around a lot show up this weekend for Haley.

Made it out for an afternoon sit. Had a single doe come out of the woods at 6:00 and started feeding. Never got closer than 60 yards. I didn't want to spook her by getting down so I stayed a little later than I planned and had the pleasure of walking out to this.

This guy was at 25 yards for me tonight. I hope He shows for Haley this weekend. We call him Claws. One of the nice 2 year olds hanging around. If he makes it through this year, he has some potential.
