A few recent ones

Outstanding pull yesterday, 1,611 pics over three cams. 8-10 different bucks. Three real nice ones. Here are some highlights. I pulled the cam as I hate that they all notice it. We hung a stand there a few weeks ago, @sodfather planning to sit that early on wind permitting

My cams always are noticed by deer, but i've never seen a negative reaction. But maybe because i leave them year-round in same spots

Put a cam on a fresh scrape Friday afternoon at a new spot where I'm thinking of hunting opening morning. Few decent ones on first check. Theses guys are up feeding on the bumper crop of acorns mid day...

Ok so I have my biggest buck ever on cam. Never seen anything like it on this land or even any of my other hunting places in 3h. I set the cam 7 days ago and he hung around for about an hour one morning in my plot never seen him before haven’t seen him since. Kind of going crazy about how to hunt him if it’s even possible

That guy is solid muscle.  He knows antlers are just for show.

Got this guy in the fog...sorry for the poor quality.  But you can make out his antlers if you look closely. Coming into a zip-tie scrape.

This buck worked over the overhanging branch for several minutes. But I’ve never quite seen this move that he does before. I’m not sure what exactly happened here.  Maybe he got a stick in the eye?

So I accidentally stumbled on the giants bed today while setting another cam. It’s about 100 yards from my house on a point that sticks out into the creek. Very steep high bank on the other side. Very thick with knot weed in there. As I went down there to set the cam I saw 3 big bodies stand up. They did not spook but slowly walked off down the bank. Too thick to really see them but I could tell one of them was him. I set a cam up on the trail leading in there. Here is what I think is his hoof print

Years ago when I was new to bow hunting I had a spike doing that, literally jumping around in the woods like an idiot. I killed him.

If I were you I would be done dicking around with cams walking around. Ya know he’s there ya know his bed now stay out!!!!
