Couple months, devotes a lot of hours.  Winter is perfect time for him to spend time on these projects.. keeps him busy.

Hot dang. That’s impressive ! I used 30 ish for venison bites tonight and felt accomplished securing 1/3 piece of bacon without cream cheese going to leak out upon cooking.  Way to go mr NYBowhunter!
