Drove by the farm after the wife and I went to Hannaford. 3 long beards strutting there stuff on the edge of a newly plowed field. It was 10:45. Shotgun and camo was in the truck. Parked and left the wife to listen to music, as I went after them. Called them in to 20 yrds with two soft clucks into the pines. All three were two yr olds, as I could easily see their spurs at 20 yrds. I passed. I'm hoping they survive the winter and get some experience under there wing. Wife didn't understand and was rather irritated. My response, you married a hunter, what did you expect?

Usually it's SPOG. Salt, pepper, onion, garlic. However I was out of "O" ( onion powder). So I had some rub that was heavy on onion, and added so additional garlic and black pepper. I mean how can I go wrong with more garlic?

Exactly, one box of 50 is plenty to do bad things.

We've been off since last practice on Wednesday. Next game is Tuesday. Well practice at home with fielding and hitting and throwing. Glad they take into consideration people's plans for holiday. Great thinking on the leagues part. I know it's a break for us. Traveling to practice and games 5 times a week for 2 different teams.

I imagine that "documentary" is very similar to a one called loose change that came out after 9/11. That one talked about how it was allowed to happen and actually supported by the u.s. government. It had compelling things in there that made you wonder,but the same thing that applied to that applies here. If you try to pull of something that big there will be leaks and the truth will come out.

I'm sure I posted this before in General Chit Chat at the time, but this is another recurve I have in my collection. My 8 year old granddaughter is learning to shoot it and wants to go deer hunting with a recurve. It's a Browning youth model but only 25 lb pull. I think it's a Nomad. The last pic is the day she went to a renaissance festival and fell in love with archery.

There are many that yoi would like not sold in stores chicken of the woods cut into strips and grilled with bbq taste just like chicken strips, the button/ store varieties are fairly mushy.. take a giant puffball and slice it about 3/8 thick and use as a crust for pizza.. no reason for cauliflower crusts if lookong to be gluten free. Lions mane can be used as a seafood replacement for crab/ lobster and absorbs flavors readily( also helps boost brain function) . So many to try and many different textures and tastes .
