I am looking at it on a 27 inch high definition computer monitor, I can enlarge the photo and it still looks like a bird's wing, in fact even more so.

Looks like a plastic or rubber part of something to me also.  Like an attachment to some sort of machinery. Way too perfect in its shape to be bird feathers.

I would guess its a bird wing. Especially given the proximity to the camera. If that was some kind of machinery, it would be running over the camera. Do you have any dead critters as bait nearby, cause it looks like a crows wing to me.
