Buckmaster7600
Fiscally a 10R socially a 10L I want the government out of my life and out of my pockets. I don’t care what you do as long as you’re not harming others and not costing tax payers money. I don’t think any business or person should survive if it needs the government and it’s subsidies to do so. Steuben Jerry
Besides fat, balding, old, ornery, and opinionated, I refuse to be labeled! Now that that's out of the way, I'm actually a libertarian by any political alignment test I've ever taken. Registered as a repub though so I can do my part in primaries.

Nytracker
I'm probably R7 ... I'm a constitutionalists... I believe the constitution defines the law not laws defining the constitution. Do things right ... Work hard earn what you bring home . Take care of yourself and your family. Help your neighbors... shouldnt mean bank roll their family so they can sit home on their ass.No free rides no corporate bail outs . To me it's about god.. guns.. and babies. Let the bashing begin.... lol
GreeneHunter
Remember in the old days when the voting booths had curtains ? On the outside of the curtain it said " None of your Damn Business " or at least it should have ! In my humble opinion .
left field
I find a scale of 1 - 10 pretty limiting. I think, like most people, I'm generally somewhere in the middle and slides to the sides issue to issue.
BowmanMike
I think i am pretty far on the left side. I see the biggest problem in this world being the greed of the super rich. Politicians are mostly puppets and i dont get how people get all pissed of at them. They are just a shield hiding the true problem. Nobody on this planet should own billions of dollars,no work or invention is worth that much. Having that kind of money gives those folks much more than one voice. Free market is a joke, who benefits most from that? The super rich. Greed is what will destroy mankind, and maybe the planet. Climate change and overpopulation are contenders as well. I try not to think about all that too often as one could easily loose ones sense of humor.
airedale
I do not believe anyone is absolutely perfect so I have to give myself a strong R9 which is pretty obvious and proud of it. Keep America great! Al Edited April 20, 2020 by airedale
Cory
I consider myself very far right. The left has turned into socialist nut jobs all looking to the government for free shit and blaming cow farts on climate change. All I can say is get a job and this planet has been changing for billions of years on its own.
Five Seasons
If I had to pick a number it's R6. But like Buck, I'm socially liberal. I don't have strong opinions on abortion, gay marriage is fine with me, so is weed but I draw a line with some of the outrage with gender issues. I don't care what you want to remove or attach, but I don't think our tax forms should start adding gender options. I want equal pay for woman, but don't want a law forcing it or do I think we should rename manhole covers. I'm very fiscally conservative and I believe in a strong military and border. I believe in some social welfare, but not a crutch. My biggest beef with the right is their stance on the environment. So much so, that if they don't get their shit together I might switch my vote.

Swamp_bucks
I would say an r5 fiscally and L4 socially. There are somethings I do go more right on socially but most of the time I'm down the middle. I don't care what the hell you do in your own life as long as it doesn't harm or affect anyone or my wallet and as long as I can do the same. Frankly most politicians need to get fired and we need a restart. People are either to far right or left. It's OK to have that but the majority of politicians need to be more down the middle. They would get so much more done.
ApexerER
I have to agree with Buckmaster.....I just want the government out of my life as much as possible, in every aspect! Take as little of my money as possible while keeping a strong boarder and military....period....I don't care if you are gay, bi, lesbian, blue, green or red, if you smoke weed or pretty much anything else as long as you don't take my hard earned money to do it..... I DO NOT think the boy in my daughters school, that identifies as a girl should be aloud in the girls bathroom and locker room. Since when do we make one person feel comfortable while making hundreds uncomfortable. Who does that make sense too??? That is about the only social issue I guess I go right on....The needs of a few are starting to outweigh the needs of the many in way too many places....
