I have to go with Stepbrothers and Dumb and Dumber. Very rare that a comedy even comes close to making me laugh as much as these two

Young Frankenstein is tops in my book..the scenes with Gene Hackman in particular. I think it holds up best of all of Mel Brooks movies. Beer fest was great...almost like it was filmed forty years ago. The Big Lebowski is in my top five,  and O Brother, Where Art Thou?

The 40 Year Old Virgin is one of my favorites. The scene where he gets his chest hair waxed got me laughing very hard.         valoroutdoors.com.
