I'm up in Maine on a black bear hunt with my son. I scored on a boar yesterday and my son has passed up 5 smaller bears so far. We're having a great time and I'm hoping he scores before we leave on Sunday.        valoroutdoors.com

Bear down!!!! Did you bait yourself or go with a service ? I got fortunate enough to go 3 years ago with pb guide services.  They were awesome.

I’ve got a couple sites scouted out here in NY. First time I’ll be out targeting bear specifically. I’m now trying to figure out how to sound reasonable on some new distress calls

Beautiful bear! I love bear hunting, and have been lucky to take a few, As much as anything I love just being in the "bear woods". Company in camp is always great too, and it is a very reasonable hunt to go on.
