Was hoping to be in the woods this morning but dad and i both got asked to work today..first time working on friday sence 'vid started so might aswell take it.maybe an afternoon hunt?definitely tomorrow morning.

Hoping for a quickie before work. Mrs. Bolt said get lost, so I'm in the stand for a quickie hunt before work. C'mere deer!

I decided to not bring my pack. Grabbed a knife and a grunt tube and off I go. Get in the stand, pull up bow, nock arrow... no release. Climb down, deer snorts 20 yards a away and takes off . Should be a great sit. I'm back in drenched in sweat

32 degrees with highs about 48 and just a light breeze. Packed in for an all day sit with 5 canisters of doe in estrous hung around me. It just feels right today! Good luck all.

I don't know about any place else but the coyotes were going crazy out here last night. I came out on the deck around 9pm and they seemed to be all over yapping to each other.

I don’t know Dan, when we first met, I swear I was looking in a mirror    Born in 1970 and my mother was a 7’5” logger from Steuben County.   Starting to make some sense now.

Wow , so these turkeys flew out into the field , a bit later a coyote walks right to them ! They stay and just run at him and he walks off, I thought for sure he found breakfast .

Had I  been in yesterday’s stand I would have had an easy shot , and would have been my second coyote killed from that stand . Shot one in rifle there a few years back .
