I'll take total snowfall of 5". At first I typed I'll take 5", but I know that would sound like an invitation to most of you. Sent from my LM-V405 using Tapatalk8 points

So I am on a six week road trip with the Mrs. Taking an 11-day cruise to the Panama canal and them bumming around Florida for about 4 weeks. I'd like to share some of my adventures, I'm just that kind of guy. But rather than clutter up the General Chit Chat forum with random posts, I thought it might be a good idea to post about my trip in this one thread. Hopefully I will post something funny or entertaining at some point.7 points

Week 1 update. Scale at home my wife said was broke so starting weight is 267 based on scale at work, better then 280 like i thought. Figured out a HIIT routine with weights. Along with jogging and my daughter talked me into yoga which seems to help my back tightness. Also figured out a healthy sweet tooth. Favorite so far is chocolate rice cakes with peanut butter and banana. So after week 1 weight im down to 260. So going the right way.7 points

That reminds me of a story ( no BS).. The other day I was looking for a birthday card for The Mermaid...I picked one out of the rack and started reading it and realized it was a gay " Man to Man" card... I recoiled like I had picked up a snake, and quickly stuffed it back into the rack... Then I glanced around to make sure no one had seen me reading it...<<cringe>>…...6 points

Congrats to all ! Not as easy as it sounds for sure. It took a little over a year for me to get down to my optimal weight. Once I got used to eating smaller portions and cutting out a lot of the junk, I was able to get used to the routine and best of all, maintain. I was able to drop 70 lbs and I started 23 months ago.5 points

Day 1 (Monday 1/14) Drove via Victor and Bristol down into PA. Thought of @WNYBuckHunter when driving along Canandaigua Lake. Drove by the grape pies place in Naples. In PA, stopped at Coleman's military surplus store. It was a bit of a bust. Dimly lit warehouse with overpriced military surplus. Did find a wool neck gaiter/tube scarf for $5. Made it to Gettysburg, PA for the night. Never been there before, but it's cool to be in such a historic place. Our hotel had a civil war cannon in the lobby. Had a nice dinner at Ruby Tuesday Day 2 (Tuesday 1/15) Hit the road at 8:00. Listened to the attorney general senate committee testimony all day. When you listen to the news soundbites afterwards, you really see how biased the media can be. Had an awesome lunch at Country Cookin restaurant in Virginia. Mind-bogglingly cheap with a nice soup, salad, sides and dessert bar. Had a not so great dinner at Waffle House in Fayettesville, NC.4 points

He is working on that one with more gun laws that will eventually make it impossible to own one. He also failed to include his long term plan to eliminate the star program which will cost individual tax payers thousands of dollars. But on a positive note he plans on collecting a 20% sales tax on "legal" marijuana use and isn't smart enough to realize that will just increase the market value and price of black market marijuana and still hasn't learned that people will always try to find away around a item that is taxed. What a dope.3 points

Not really. I wake a bit hungry on some days but a cup of coffee is enough to get me to lunch. Down 12lbs two weeks in and it doesn’t really feel like a diet. Big thing is it stops me from mindless post dinner snacking.3 points

I told Moog to prepare for a man hug when he drops the first dog. Shucks, I might even cry. I will be very sad to not be able to ridicule him anymore. Sent from my LM-V405 using Tapatalk3 points

Great job. I am with you on this one. Week 2 for me. Sticking with intermittent fasting which just means I only eat from noon to 6pm except Saturday. It seems to we working well and is very sustainable. Still hitting weights but need to add cardio. I am a bit lazy on cardio. Stay with it swamp. We can both get where we want.3 points

Tonight's the night! If you are in the NYC area, come on out to American Whiskey from 6-8 for our Pint Night. You don't have to be a BHA member to attend and we will be having raffles, merch sales as well as a big announcement about something very cool happening in NYC in February! I've got confirmation from a few on here that they will be able to make it. For those hoping that Biz will be there so they can bust his balls, he told me that he won't be able to attend because he will be out of town. Great excuse....it's probably his monthly mani/pedi night or he is going to a paint and sip where he will try his best to recreate a Thomas Kinkade like scene of a spike freshening up a scrape in front of his blind while a bobcat tries to make sweet love to a male red fox.2 points

Winter wonder: A wolf, a deer and the Stony River January 8, 2019 Babbitt, Minn.-based photographer Heidi Pinkerton was driving in northeastern Minnesota near Isabella on Jan. 5 when she saw a deer standing in the Stony River. “Fifteen years of photographing wildlife had me turn around in a heartbeat. I knew for a fact that a deer would not just stand in icy cold water for no reason at all. And even though I didn’t make out the wolf on the first pass, it was certainly there when I pressed the shutter!” she said. After returning to her car to retrieve a longer lens, the wolf slipped away. Pinkerton said the deer stood in the river for another hour before making its way back to shore DATING APP CHAT DOES IN POACHER Game warden catches poacher via dating app An Oklahoma woman looking for love got more than she bargained for when she unwittingly shared her exhilaration about illegally shooting a “bigo buck” on a dating app with a state game warden. Oklahoma Game Warden Cannon Harrison said he uncovered the poaching in a conversation on Bumble with a McIntosh County woman. She talked about using a spotlight to shoot the deer at night, outside the rifle season. The woman harvested only the head and back-strap meat — and she sent Harrison pictures as proof. The woman has pleaded guilty to charges of improper possession of an illegally taken animal and taking game out-of-season. She and an accomplice face $2,400 fines.2 points

Deer hunters are whacked . I’ve bought stands and stuff off guys who needed money, due to divorce and such, REALLY ? You got to sell some stands to raise money ? I’d say you never could afford them to begin with . Some spend thousands on bows ,guns, atvs .leases, but next to nothing goes into their kids college funds , let alone max out their savings and investments . so if some guy kills a record buck, why not make money off those guys who, think buying more crap will lead to,them killing one ? God Bless America!2 points
