Had 2 small doe around 8 go by at 60yards.circled back got to around 30yrds knew something was up.blew and gone

Nokturnal middle of pic. A little coyote (must be first year) came in from behind me to my right. It was trotting but I stopped it with a quick bark then walked to my right like 10 feet and took a quick shot. 99% sure I Just missed low. I thought about 40-45yds and I ranged after the fact and it was 44 yards. Thought it was a fox first. Small yote

Unbelievable morning.  More details to follow.  Lying on ground as a type with Grampy 15yds in front of me trying to kill a buck from ground. Won't give him a shot but man it's exciting watching as I lie prone. Lol

8-H ....52° 20 mph winds, rain on the way today & tomorrow, winds forecasted for 50-60 mph. High winds forecasted for the next few days. While I should be out there I am not swaying back & forth in a tree or getting the Mathews wet.

Looks like I'll have to set out a few days or do some scouting.

9x....may have screwed up my chance....so I went and checked traps this an first thing got to woods about 830 got to my spot got up in climber and was f8x8ng the seat when I hear something moving look over and there's a little buck bouncing thru the woods away from me....never blew but wasn't about to stick around damn....

Well ya can't be in every stand at once...he'd gotten a pass but that one doe may not have...good thing, leaving their scent...stand  gun shot doe out of last year.. I NEVER hunt that stand in the wind...in 3 bass wood..first stand I built when we bought this section...

Not one pic on apple cam ...first time in 2 months This is a gully cam they are hang in all low spots right now...
