I need help with VOTES in a photo contest again this year. You guys helped one of my friends win one of the cameras last year... even though I fell a little short by entering late, we put the heat on the leaders big time! Here's the link to the contest page: https://acm-summer-scenic.pgtb.me/2VCWdH Here's the pic I entered titled "Periwinkle" Hopefully I can close the gap on the leader who is over 100 right now. Thanks in advance for any and all help!7 points

The "your not as good of a hunter as me" threads are truly sophomoric. Use a crossbow - your not an archer. Use a cam - it's not really hunting. Then I read a - not all hunters that use cams bait. Seriously. It's a hobby. Enjoy it and let others do the same ON THEIR TERMS so long as it's legal.7 points

I was watching the news last night. Story after story of really bad $hit going on in the Democratic Party. •The ridiculous conclusion from the Democrats on the Benghazi select committee. • The unethical, inappropriate meeting between The attorney general and Bill Clinton. • Hillary Clinton ( too much to list) • This disaster in Baltimore. Where the District Attorney has done some very questionable things in an effort to put 6 cops in jail for the death of Freddy Gray • A complete denial of an all out jihad against America • a complete disregard for law in an effort to allow anyone and everyone to come into our country completely unchecked. • political correctness craziness. Just to mention a few. I can't imagine any real American Patriot supporting this parties platform.4 points

Why would the site send you an advertising prospective? Theres a clear and simple way to become a site sponsor thats posted right on the site. The owners of the site dont go looking for sponsors or donations, contributors come to the site asking if theres anything they can do to help out. I havent signed your petition because I have no interest in a dove season. I dont see anything wrong with it, but why would I sign a petition for something I have no interest in and that will never affect me in any way shape or form? Scanned your social media? You dont know who has looked at your Facebook page unless they have followed or liked it. You are truly delusional. This site was great before you and it will be great after you are gone.4 points

Perhaps if Mike Rossi got his head out of his azz and actually READ some of my posts. He would see that in no way, am I an anti hunter. But Mr, Rossi's biggest problem is that he is so absorbed in his own fantasy world and himself. That he has no idea what a REAL HUNTER is!4 points

Fab up an outrigger and you could dance in that canoe. We did it back when a buddy had a duck dog and we used to duck hunt out of canoe with an outrigger. the outrigger arms had a platform for the dog. not a speed demon to paddle but crazy stable.3 points

Short answer: a lot of people don't know, and simply don't care, about what made this country great in the first place.3 points

I'm not sure what I do now would be considered scouting, but I do spend quite a bit of time getting familiar with a lot of the bucks in the neighborhood this time of year. I've sort of given up with the cameras myself...., unless I'm the one that decides when to trigger it. So far I've gone 3 seasons in a row seeing and killing bucks that I've watched and photographed over the summer. I just like knowing which of the better deer have potential to become "home bodies" as fall approaches. It has helped me get over shooting the first legal buck to step out many times now.3 points

Gotta start carrying an extra pair of shorts . *Yesterday I was doing some Real Estate sign work and hauling my trailer . I was driving East on Ayrault Road toward 250 when some a-hole pulled out of a side street and crossed 2 lanes in front of me . I stood on the brakes and could hear my tires screech . The car behind me almost hit my trailer . *Today I was driving west on Ridge Road in Ontario . A car speeding from the opposite direction came 4 feet into my lane . I pulled over and drove on someone's lawn . I watched in my side mirror and saw the driver go off to the other side of the road . My 1st thought was to turn around , get the license plate number and call the cops . Don't know if the driver was high or having a seizure . I would have had to speed to catch up and probably would have gotten a ticket . Time to start carrying extra shorts ! Stay out of this one Wooly !2 points

They're Democrats because they are Progressives. They ignore all of the violations of law and applaud all of the social issue mandates you mentioned and then some. These people used to be anti-establishment in the 60's, but have come to love leftist administrations since then, and now feel the government is on their side, like a big brother they can turn to when they want to beat up their opponents. They should be called "Police State Progressives" rather than Democrats, for they are in fact advocating for a police state, especially in the area of gun control and Rule of Law. When someone tells me they are a Democrat and support Obama and Progressive agendas, it tells me they are not interested in liberty, freedom, the constitution, rule of law, equality or limited government. I believe any of the founders would slap the crap out of them if they were alive today to do it.2 points

The 7mm family of hunting cartridges is versatile and well suited for a wide variety of big game including Deer. The 7 mags are at the top of the heap when it comes to power and trajectory. I think the 7 mag is a good choice when hunting an area with the possibility of long range shots that may occur such as hunting stands over looking large fields where shots may be several hundred yards. Also if a hunter has it in his head to some day take a trip out west or hunt Canada for Moose or Caribou a 7 mag would have you covered. My personal experience with the 7 mag is only one Moose but I have been a long time user of a 280 Remington that I handload for and for all intents and purpose I can pretty much duplicate factory 7 mag ballistics. With that cartridge I have taken a bunch of Deer and several Moose with total satisfaction. I do not like explosive bullets for big game, I like and stick with the proven performance of Nosler partitions that combine reliable expansion and penetration for good clean kills. Al2 points

As long as that fridge works. We went out today with a load and checked. Freezer was barely cool and the fridge area was warm after sitting since Tuesday night. WTF! So on the way home it was a stop at the Sears Outlet store for a new fridge. Never had a need to have credit at Sears before. Now I sure as hell do. LOL Loving having my own home, but, not feeling it right now. LOL2 points

Maybe you would donate because of the amount of support you have garnered for your cause through this site. Didnt you pretty much use this forum as a start to help launch your crusade? The site doesnt have to allow you to post all kinds of threads about your dove hunting stuff, or allow you to have a link to your outside site/Facebook at the bottom of every post. If you cant handle criticism, then maybe you should reconsider putting yourself out there where you are a target for it. Have I donated? Ive put more time and energy into helping out with this site than just about anyone. I did in fact donate right off the bat when the owner offered it up.2 points

I avoided Canada for 10 years or so because I refused to get the enhanced license and don't have a passport. I had to get one for work a few years ago, and now I no longer have an excuse to avoid visiting my mother-in-law up there. I did have my bachelor party in Niagara Falls, ON, but that's not a thread we can discuss on a family-friendly forum.1 point

Sitting in the Targets newly paved parking lot on Transit watching a big flag a top of a tall pole waving in front of Kohl's made me think; wonder if Red installed that one. Don't really know what this has to do with concerts, LOL.1 point
