What's for dinner tonight?

It's spring.  Had to grill some Hoffman's.  Coneys and coleslaw!

Tonight I also got the grill out and grilled some cubed steaks. Wifey's request along with chicken rice and cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots. Also side tossed salad.

Made some Salisbury steak ,I couldn' get the gravy to thicken like I wanted ,maybe a bit more corn starch next time.

Land and Sea dinner. Grilled Sirloin steak and Flounder, rice with tomato and garlic. A salad of greens, tomatoes, onions, cukes, crumbled blue cheese and Greek vinergette. Enhanced with a Cabernet.

Homemade chicken noddle soup tonight. With onions, celery, chicken bouillion cubes, salt, pepper, parsley, chicken from the other night, bay leafs, homemade canned tomatoes, canned stewed tomatoes and egg noodles. After in a bowl topped with sour cream, saltines and hot sauce.
