Hopefully my 8 year old can control his shakes this year lol. We will have fun either way. The shakes are the best part of it . I still get em at 47. Five Seasons
While I can't say I've done it, those who get lucky today and worried about temp, don't be afraid to skin and quarter and place in a cooler if you don't have time to process. Layer the bottom of the cooler in ice, but don't let the meat soak in melted ice/water.

Todd67
First whitetail, bow from stand, double lung. Saw this doe on my trail cam several times. She walked under me last week, but it wasn’t light enough to see the sight or take a shot. Today was a perfect stroll under the stand Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

ATbuckhunter
Got out today, but for ducks instead of deer. I got to my spot right before shooting time, so I only put out 3 black duck decoys. I was greeted to 100 geese already on the water when I got there, so they were really noisy for a while. I had about 10-15 wood ducks fly from behind me to a spot 60 yards infront of me. The clouds kept it dark, so I couldnt really get a shot at them. I had 2 land 40 yards infront of me so I took a shot when they were on the water. When I shot, a bunch of black ducks I didnt know where there got up, and flew infront of me. I shot and one went down, but sailed off up river. I tried to look for 2 hours, but I couldnt find either duck. The wood duck that I shot must have dove under and I couldnt see it becuase the fog and cloudy weather. So glad ill have a dog by next year so I wont deal with this. I was prepared to go back to my car to sleep so I can hunt the evening, but I decided to walk a smaller creek to see If i can jump shoot some. I was just about to give up when I saw a nice group of ducks up river. I tried to sneak up on them using the terrain, but Im not sure what happened. I saw them at 40 yards and made a loop, but they were gone when i did. A little up river I see another group of 10 woodies about 60 yards up. It took me 45 min to make it 40 yards through the bushes, It was noisy so I ended up waiting for the wind to blow to move a few feet. 45 min on my hands and knees is not easy lol. I took 3 shots and 2 birds went down. One gorgous male and an immatue male. When I got up my knees gave out after being on my knees for so long. When I got up, the big male vanished. It was a slow river so its not like It could have gotten away from me that easy. I ended up getting the immature male that im cooking up as i speak. It sucks to lose those ducks, but there wasnt anymore that I could do
