I tried to catch a box of hand sanitizer  falling from mt cart at work . It caught me in the elbow no broken bones but hurts like a crazy . Have to get a mri done to make sure no muscles are torn like I did to the other arm 3 years ago

I am hunting by myself this year lolol no hubby said with all the shit going on i can not go by myself .so hoping my nephew gets his license  and can go if not i won't be hunting much this year

I have been putting ice on it every 30 minutes  for 5 to 10 minutes  between raffles ( lol)  . And taking pain pills
