Saw this pop up when I went onto local news.know alot of people here are from this area,all accounted for??sickening to say the least

Retired BPD working security at the store  ,exchanged fire, but his bullets were stopped by a bullet resistant vest . Guard is one of the victims.

Bad bad day in Buffalo.....thoughts and prayers go out to all the victims families.

I know that area of the shooting very well....graduated from Canisus College right down the street....student taught in a few schools off Jefferson Ave, and still referee city soccer games at the all Rock Pile right down the street from thay Tops. Just a sucky situation all around!

Well if he goes to a state court he’ll likely be out in a few weeks on bail reform.

He was arraigned last night on first degree murder and being held without bail. He will then have a felony hearing on May 19th.

I just watched the video he made during the shooting . Those people had no chance ,he moved very swiftly and was very accurate . Thankfully the version I was sent was very grainy ,I really didn't need tonsee that but it opened my eyes to what could happen when dealing with mentally ill people.
