I told Jay I was purposely avoiding the forum today, I didn't want to know if they didn't see anything. Got a text that they scored and about jumped out of my tree! It really made the deer season! Great guy with a great kid!

It’s all been said already and I agree. I really don’t know Jay other than on here and a couple of interactions outside of the forum but man did it sure feel good when I read that they connected this morning.

Current boyfriend or any future boyfriend better be careful....that girl can flat out shoot! She thru one into the boiler room, and the rest was history! Heck not even a track job was required for her first deer!

It made my day to see that Samantha got a buck yesterday! Following their deer and turkey hunting stories for the past couple of years, sure reminded me of taking my daughter out hunting. I could relate to their disappointment with all of their time and preparation, without scoring too. On the other hand, I'll never forget the feeling of pride seeing your kid getting their first deer either.   Great bonding time!

Wanted to thank buckmaster first off for starting this thread and everyone else with your wonderful words and cheering us on now for years . Can’t thank you all enough for routing for us. I’ve said it a million times , I haven’t met most of you but you are seriously friends and family to us.The people I have met are 100% solid folk   I let Samantha read this thread and live thread with all of your comments. Awww , comes out at every one. Not sure you know how much we really appreciate your kind words. I’m going for consultation soon to a plastic surgeon as this smile I’ve had since she knocked that buck down is starting to hurt   Thank you friends is all I can say.
