Closing tomorrow @ 3pm..

Wife and I have been looking at this property since last July. Put in a offer, but it was rejected because it was contingent on selling out current home.  

Fast forward to this August... Our home sold and we're in a temporary rental.  Undeliverably, the  property was still available.  Made a low-ball offer, and it was accepted.... 8 acres, 1400 sqft home  with a two car attached garage.  Best part...1600 sqft heated shop .  Closing tomorrow @ 3.  Hopefully I didn't jinks myself.  

Drove up there this evening, and there was a nice 16" spread 8pt in the lawn.

we listed my place. close to 10 acres with house and 2.5 car garage. started looking for homes. accepted an offer after we had a bidding war in 2 days. now the hunt for a new place is on pretty hard to fall in line with the closing date of Oct 31ish.

It is a great feeling once you leave the table after a closing. Three weeks ago I closed on 82 acres in 6R. Breaking ground for a new home very soon. Enjoy that heated garage.
