Biggest buck of my life

I normally don’t post much, more of a reader here. Wednesday night I was lucky enough to shoot the biggest buck I ever have taken. Never got him scored before I took him to the taxadermy. He’s missing a brow. Not from fighting but from during antler growth. Kind of a bummer but still a nice 7.

Thank you all. Growing up and raised a meat hunter I never had many opportunities at a buck like that. The passed 4-5 years I started letting those 2-1/2 year olds walk which was really weird. That bucks got many hours into him, not just the night I shot him.

Congratulations on a nice deer.  You can ask the taxidermist to add that brow tine back on if you want.  They can do that and it would look real.  I call him an 8 point anyway.
