Well those bucks just came to 3 yards and saw me, spooked to 25 and i shot at the bigger one, smacked a branch and hit him back. Crap! ran right toward my truck. Gotta hope I caught liver but I think it was to low and back.  Got a pass through tho not checking for a few hours.

Up and in out back got my Bro in the stand I saw the nice buck chasing the doe last night. I’m a few hundreds yards down in the new set

Any luck up north? I'm heading up for good next week hopefully to finish the season in snow.

It just keeps getting better ! Looks like the They’re setting up to inject manure into the fields . They run about a mile of hose from the manure lagoon along with relay pumps to a machine that drives around and injects it into the ground .

I might as well just quit hunting for the year .

I’ve let 4 bucks go so far. I think the rut is on schedule for it to get good around the 18th just like normal.

Buck arrow looks superficial, no guts, white hair no blood. Gonna come back at 3 pm and track just to be sure. Doe is tagged and in the truck
