I’d say same buck. 3 and 1/2 by October. Exceptional 3 year old.

Looks like same buck to me. I would have thought more growth in 3 years?? If its the same he'd have to be older then 3.5 years old .

I think it looks like the same buck the tines are close together on both bucks sane spacing between the tines and the brow tines.

My thoughts too.looks to be the same buck with minimum growth in the 3 years?atleast a 4 y.o if it is the same?

I’m going against the majority here and saying it is NOT the same buck. I think it’s probably related, hence the similar rack. But I don’t the 2016 buck is a 1.5. So if it’s 2.5 that means the 2019 buck is 5.5 and I just don’t think it.

if it's not the same, they're from the same line. What's throwing me off is the brow tines. But i've never been one to follow a buck from season to season so I'm not versed in what to look for either.

They look about the same age and rack. Problem is the pics are 3 years apart.

My best guess would be the 2016 buck is the father of the 2019 buck picture and I don't think it is the same buck.

Just one opinion. Real nice either way

I cant imagine a WNY buck on your place not changing for three years. I think its his nephew. His father is the goiter buck and hes so ashamed he went to live with his uncle

I don't know... I don't think its possible that its the same deer. Rack may be really close, but I can't see that 2016 pic being a 1 1/2 yo and the 2019 doesn't look like a 5 1/2 + deer to me.. I agree with Biz

I dont think so. I think you have 2 different deer here .. especially at 3 years apart.. In my opinion
