Predicting the future......

  So what are your predictions for the 2020 deer season for the members of this forum??  First deer?  best deer? etc..... (not sure Biz can play cause hes like Nostradamus!)

Lets get a couple of easy ones out of the way .....

- @Lawdwaz gets a buck in archery and gun season

- @Hock3y24 downs at least 3 deer. 

- @Fletch shoots one from the hole stand

 

   Then I'm going with these: 

- @Biz-R-OWorld Dad gets a 8 point

- @Bionic-and- @Cabin Fever PB bucks this year

- Academy goes with an 80% buck take in archery

- @grampy grandson downs a 6 point

- @Robhuntandfish does not go 61 hunts like last year without tagging a deer!!! (if I get to 60 the boat comes back out for the rest of season!)

-First buck in the 2020 Harvest thread is a 4 point

Here’s one I feel confident in. I’d bet my house that@crappyice gets at least 1 deer with the bow between 10/1 and 12/31

My wife would be thrilled if that happens.  Last year was my off year for one of those, so this should be an on year, if my going on 40 year pattern holds.

The younger they are the dumber they are. Those 40 year old patterns should continue to hold true

@Buckmaster7600 and his cinematographer quit hunting after 2 days and elope at a small town church in ADK's 

@Four Season Whitetail's returns to the forum with pics of Letchworth monsters

@goosifer returns to the forum fully loaded with beet juice tires and kills a buck

@burmjohn returns to the forum and reopens the t-shirt sale business

are you guys doing 1000 inches of antler this year?  Maybe upping it to 1100?   i managed to get over 1000++ inches of walleye in the boat this year!

Wet Spring = Bigger rack.....but we in a drought so if anything it has to go down. But likely stick with 1K

better go with the venison - keeping up with that lawn schedule is too much to bear.  Plus ive seen posts on your venison cheese steaks that bring a tear to the eye.

I like all the predictions so far and many will come to pass.

My personal prediction is @Robhuntandfish is going to get so.e venison in the freezer early,as will I. Does don't get a pass from me.

@dinorocks will kill a huge buck with his homemade traditional bow wearing buckskin and moccasins he made himself as well.

Hmm,what else...Moog will shoot a monster as well,as usual.

I think I'll put 2 deer in the freezer, and have a few extremely unsuccessful hunts with my 2 year old daughter

I like the predictions so far.  I'm getting a minimum of 3 deer this year. In between naps in my treestand.  ;).

@Biz-R-OWorld doesn't see any bucks, settles for a doe. His dad shows him up with an 8pt. Both from the ground. 

@Buckmaster7600 trails a stud for 87 miles through the ADK's. Crosses 5 streams and 3 mountains in the process. Kills respectable buck. Carries it out on his shoulders. 

@dinorocks kills 7 deer. Uses bones to make new table and chairs for the cabin.
