I'm out scouting a piece of public land the next hill across from me, been interesting.  Kicked up a doe, saw a big body sneaking off in some pines, and a bobcat.

I also hunt 3M, semi new to the area and new to hunting in general. 
Just dropped off my first doe at Quaker Creek Store. My uncle has used them for many many years and swears by them. 
 

I only know because she told me yesterday and I used the same one…. Kroll farm in Cornwall.

I know I should be impressed with her survival ability… but I hate this doe.  She’s the most careful, wary deer Iv ever dealt with.  I passed up her fawn a few times during bow but she would never get close enough for a shot.  Today she skirted around the stand I was in, only to walk right past my normal stand.  If I had a hit list, she’s be at the top.

Only saw two doe last two days. May stay until Wed morning. Got hit with some snow made it hard to see 4:30 and on.

I have one of those.. she is so easily identifiable by her long ass nose… I want to kill her and send the jaw to deer age… my guess is 7plus

Sat this afternoon and had doe and her two fawns in the field for 20 minutes or so, never came closer than 125 yards.  They kept looking at the back line, I was hoping a buck would come out to join them.

My alarm went off at 4. Had texts from my two outa three (third still out with his hip) hunting buddies. 1 said I feel like crap I won't be going, other said I drank to much, might get out for the afternoon. I turned the alarm off and roled over. Regretted it all day but told myself I deserve it after that 4am alarm every day off since Oct 1st

I used Quaker Creek for further processing in 2019. Everything was awesome.

This morning, biggest buck taken off the farm in a few years! Shot by my partners daughter, my God daughter. I think it's the buck I missed last Monday? Couldn't have worked out better. So happy for her!
I'm sorry I wasn't there. I haven't hunted since Thanksgiving. Dealing with some issues. My season may be over. 

Grampy, while I’m happy for your Goddaughter it hurts my soul to hear you might be done for the season. I’ll say a prayer for you tonight.

Awesome day! Seen to many deer to count. All doe! I still haven’t seen a buck after opening day ever! Plenty of sign. Holy snow this afternoon we got about a foot . Almost couldn’t get out of the driveway after the plows went by. This week I’m breaking the course of not seeing a buck or getting one after opening day!!!!!

Buddy shot a pa doe, the 3 others ran 150 yards right to me and I had to yell at them to get them to stop, took a head on 80 yard shot with the .308, she went 50. She’s a hog. Having some sticks made, donating the rest to property owners employees at the business he owns.
