Leaving in about 15 minutes to drive 1+ hours to look for buck tracks in new snow.  We got a half inch here, so I am hoping for at least that.  

Hunted every day since the opener, until Turkey Day.  I have seen plenty of deer, but no legal bucks on our land.  I blame the late start.  Doesn't seem like the bucks are moving, but I will give a shot until the closing bell.

Settled in stand...can sit till about 1130 then in to go to work. After yesterday's hunt, that puts me at 196.25 hrs of stand time, I'd say I'm due for one of the big boys to show up and the wind is perfect for this stand today. Good luck to all out there!

Nice fresh snow. Jumped what I think was a buck and doe on way in. With my bro and bil. Sit for a bit the we will see if we can slow bump some me to each other

Good luck to you all. 4 Steelhead yesterday and wife hooked her first. We started late and only got 4 hours in on the water. Wind made it tough. Grabbing breakfast and heading out soon to try to pick away at a few. I expect big crowds so we will see what we can do.

Had a small 2 year old buck bust through around 730 other than that only 1 shot heard all morning. Really good wind for this stand too... Good luck all

One single very far off shot on what I had hoped would be a good morning. Absolutely dead. I really wish we had some snow here in 8H. I’d be trying some stalking. 
To add a little insult to the day, I find a new rub not two feet from the base of my ladder stand. It wasn’t there four days ago.

Covered 3 miles so far. Kicked up a group of 3 doe/fawns at 845am. Nothing else so far

Seen 10 deer including a BIG buck. Couldn't get on him fast enough before he was gone. We are both cold. Gonna pull out soon to warm up..
