I haven't been out since Monday when my primer only went off. I will definetely check on the local herd this afternoon, I love fresh snow...

Some action my does and fawns brought a little buck to the beech tree diner today.  If he stays lucky perhaps he’ll show up on leftovers 2021

I just took a long shot at a coyote. I don't think I hit him but I'll check it out later. Hopefully I didn't mess up my deer hunting too bad.

Up in 3s. Most action I’ve seen all year. 2 8 pointers running does all over the field across the road. Problem is there’s a group of coyotes over there moving around 2. Hopefully something crosses to my side

Just started walking out back at 8, as last night was a late night if bowling and beverages. Made 1/4 of the way to the stand i was going to, slowly walking and scanning. Look left and 80 yards away a lage group of doe are watching me. Raise the gun and freezer queen down.

I'm out scouting a piece of public land the next hill across from me, been interesting.  Kicked up a doe, saw a big body sneaking off in some pines, and a bobcat.

I know exactly how you feel, I had a good dose of Lymes a couple of years ago and it will surely take the wind out of your sails physically and a long road back to a full recovery. Took me until this year to feel pretty much normal as I can be at this stage of the game. Hopefully you will be able to hit the timber soon.

Yes, lots of movement last 24 hours. Saw him from the stand yesterday PM.
 

Chose south this AM. 32 and Snow, but snow is melting. Everything is wet down to base layers. Bah, made it to 10 at least. Have to dry out but will be going back in as soon as possible. Probably should have chose North based on the lone BB I had come in at 5 yards and hang out. Did see one doe about 100 yards out around 830.

North was probably it this AM. Dang.
